Mid/Senior UX Researcher

We are looking for a Mid/Senior UX Researcher.

We work with a highly creative and strategic UX based agency who are part of a successful management consultancy in London. They create slick, informative, intuitive experiences across a wide range of digital projects, platforms and channels for a range of Clients from finance, to retail/ecom, to tech, and more.

You’ll be involved in leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to uncover user insights and inform product development. Managing complex projects, and delivering actionable recommendations that enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes. Collaborating closely with stakeholders to define research objectives, execute studies, and translate findings into tangible design improvements. Presenting research findings and advocating for user-centric approaches at all stages of product development. Inspiring Clients and helping them to communicate with users across devices, platforms and touchpoints from websites, apps, online products, services and interactive tools.

Hybrid working

Salary £60-70k approx
