Junior UX/ Product Designer

We’re looking for a Junior UX/ Product Designer for a fast paced, fast growing start up Company. The Company are an AI focused start-up who help to make the internet a safer place for users. Their unique software helps to detect negative language / nuances being used and help to stamp it out. They are a growing team within a global Company so there is lots of room for growth and progression within this role.

They are now in need of a Junior UX/Product Designer to work alongside the Lead UX/Product Designer working on day-to-day tasks within the UX division.

Key responsibilities

● Participate in all phases of the product design process, including conceptual design, prototyping, testing, and implementation working closely with our development team and AI Labs.

● Design and refine user interfaces for our AI-powered products using Figma.

● Conduct and apply user research, including interviews and usability testing, to gather insights and improve product design and functionality.

● Assist in developing and maintaining website layouts and elements within Webflow.

● Help scaling and maintaining our design system.

● This role has a heavy focus on product design, while also providing support to our sales and marketing teams by creating engaging content for marketing materials, including presentations and digital content.
